Paragon is a recognized expert in material testing for all roofing, waterproofing and exterior systems. Testing the physical properties of existing materials is the best indicator of how the material will perform over time. Since moisture intrusion is the cause of 70% of all construction related litigation, it is vital for building owners and insurers to know the true condition of the materials and systems.

Our testing capabilities allow us to test all roofing, waterproofing and sealant materials. The materials can be tested for compliance, aging, puncture, peel adhesion, tensile and elongation, overall thickness, compressive strength and moisture content.

All testing is performed in accordance with ASTM standards and requirements. Test results are provided in report form for each test.
